"Highly original concept. "Biophilic Eye" metaphor is well developed and integrated into the overall design.
The project is well articulated through the written description and presentation style.
All design elements engage with the idea of nature and healing in a clear and direct manner. Design concept could be further elaborated through materials, structural concept, etc."

JURY COMMENTS

"Project is well developed in all areas (materials, structure, architectural concept). Specfic focus on mental health and well being articulates
a holistic and expanded understanding of healing through nature. Project description clear and well conveyed. Overall presentation
compliments design well. This entry is the most complete."

JURY COMMENTS

"Similar to the previous two entries, design development is very good, but nature could have played a larger role in the core concept. Use of "wall" concept is unique and unifies the many ideas incorporated in the design.
Description could be improved to better highlight the main ideas.
Overall visual presentation is good. While the 2D architectural drawings could be improved, the diverse use of other visual styles (Photos, collages, etc.) aids in the project's expression."
-Ayman Hassanen

JURY COMMENTS

"Similar to the entry above, the design is very well developed and articulated through conceptual diagrams, but idea somewhat lacks focus vis a vis nature. Use of organic forms inspired by shoreline makes project memorable."

JURY COMMENTS

"Concept is unique and memorable. Presentation is good, but the project could have benefited from additional diagrams
and figures to elaborate on the concept. A very good starting point for a potential design but needs further development in terms of structure, materials, etc."
