Adrian Welch

Adrian Welch is the founder of e-architect, an international architectural resource, established in 2000.
He was born in Scotland in 1971. He completed his Architecture degree in 1992, attending Manchester University. He then completed his Diploma in Architecture at the prestigious Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London, in 1993.

He has worked for architects such as Eva Jiricna, Sir Terence Conran, Richard Murphy, RMJM and Sutherland Hussey – in London, Hong Kong, Edinburgh, Manchester, Cambridge, Kuwait and Dubai, including over two years on the Stirling Prize-winning Scottish Parliament Building.

We also have architectural tour guides in 82 cities across the world, offering tailor-made walks for groups.
e-architect have been doing guided architecture walking tours for groups since 2000.
The platform is one of the oldest international architecture websites globally.
Directors Adrian Welch + Isabelle Lomholt – both trained as architects in the UK.
Managing Director Isabelle Lomholt was born in England in 1968. She completed her Architecture degree in 1995, attending North London University. She has worked in Kuala Lumpur, London and Edinburgh.
